即刻种植即刻修复多颗牙对牙龈乳头保留的临床研究

Clinical study of immediate implant and immediate repair of tooth retention on gingival papilla

目的观察即刻种植即刻修复多颗牙对牙龈乳头保留的情况。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月来我院口腔科门诊就诊的种植多颗牙无法保留需要拔除后种植的患者纳入研究对象,有根尖炎及牙周炎者除外。术前通过CT三维重建模拟植体植入情况,参考术前设计,拔除患牙后植入种植体,术后即刻戴用临时修复体,实现即刻种植即刻修复,在修复即刻及术后3个月、6个月后分别测量近远中牙龈乳头、唇侧龈缘水平高度的变化,研究其龈乳头保留情况。结果在观察期内,牙龈乳头没有明显的退缩,得到了良好的保留。结论即刻种植结合即刻修复可以良好的保留牙龈乳头高度,获得理想的临床美学效果。

Objective To study the effect of immediate imlpant and restortion on more tooth for retaining the gingival papilla.Methods From January 2014 to December 2015 choose more teeth not retained after removal of the patients need to grow. Preoperatively by CT three-dimensional reconstruction simulation implant implantation, reference preoperative design extracted from dental implants,wearing a temporary restoration,immediate implant and immediate repair,in the immediate restoration and postoperative 3 months,6 months, measurement of near far gingival papilla,labial gingival margin level,research investigates the gingival papilla preservation.Results During the period of observation,no significant retreat has been found in gingival papilla,and been retained well.Conclusion Immediate planting combined with immediate restoration may be kept good gingival papilla height,obtain ideal clinical aesthetic effect.
