通腑清热方与甲硝唑片治疗胃肠实热型牙周炎的疗效观察

Clinical effects comparison of Tong fu qing re method and metronidazole on chronic periodontitis

目的 观察通腑清热方和甲硝唑片治疗胃肠实热型牙周炎的疗效.方法 选择2015年8月~2016年6月在北京中医医院顺义医院口腔科就诊的胃肠实热型牙周炎患者90例,随机分成试验组和对照组,各45例.对照组在牙周基础治疗上采用口服甲硝唑片治疗,试验组在牙周基础治疗上服用通腑清热方治疗,疗程为14天.治疗前后分别检测两组患者的探诊出血（BOP）、临床附着丧失（CAL）、牙周袋探诊深度（PD）,并评估疗效.结果 试验组与对照组在治疗前后及治疗后两组AL、PD,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,试验组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的75.5%（P〈0.05）.结论 口服通腑清热方能有效控制牙周组织炎症,改善胃肠实热型牙周炎患者的临床症状.

Objective To observe clinical effects of Tong fu qing re method and metronidazole on chronic periodontitis.Methods From August 2015 to June 2016, 90 cases of patients with gastrointestinal solid periodontitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 45 cases were divided into experimental group and control group, each of which was in the Department of Stomatology, Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital, Shunyi hospital. The control group in the periodontal treatment with oral Metronidazole Tablets treatment, the experimental group took Qingre Tongfu Decoction in the treatment of periodontal basic treatment, treatment for 14 days. Before and after treatment were detected in two groups of patients with bleeding （BOP）, clinical attachment loss （CAL）, periodontal pocket probing depth （PD）, and assess the efcacy.Results Experimental group and control group before and after treatment and after treatment, the two groups AL, PD, the difference was statistically signicant （P〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%, signi Cantly higher than that of the control group of 75.5% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The chronic periodontitis were controlled and the clinical symptoms of chronic periodontitis were improved by oral Tong fu qing re method.
