Aristotle's theory on virtue of justice occupies a decisive position in the history of justice. It has rich theoretical connotation and clear practice characteristics. It reveals deeply the connotation of "rule of law",provides the precondition and basis of value and idea for the practice of rule by law,support for the operation of law and system and the goal orientation for the practice of rule of law,and has significance for reference to the full practice of rule by law. The virtue of justice of Chinese citizens in the practice of rule by law needs the strengthening of legal and institutional construction,the realization of institutional justice and the construction of modern social community.
