摘要
利用AMMI模型及双标图对2016年国家晚熟组春油菜品种区域试验产量数据进行分析,结果表明:AMMI模型双标图可以形象表述品种的适应性、稳定性和丰产性,对于深入理解品种和试点交互作用,明确试点间的相互关系、制定育种目标和良种的示范推广具有一定的参考价值。AMMI模型具体、直观、有效的综合评价,为春油菜品种试验提供了一种比较好的分析方法。
AMMI model and biplot analysis on national late spring rapeseed varieties regional test yield data 2016,the result shows that the AMMI model can be described adaptability,stability and productivity of the varieties in a vivid way,in-depth understanding of species and pilot interactions,the relationships between trials,the breeding target and the demonstration and popularization of breed have certain reference value,AMMI model is specific,visual and effective comprehensive evaluation,it provides a better analysis method for spring rape variety test.
