黑龙江省生物燃气产业发展现状与效应评价

The Development Status and Effect Evaluation of Biomass Gas Industry in Heilongjiang

通过调研黑龙江省生物燃气产业的发展现状、发展规模、发展趋势以及发展中存在的问题等对黑龙江省生物燃气产业发展进行效应评估,而后分析其生物燃气产业所存在的不足,并提出将来布局规划急需解决的问题。研究过程中利用对黑龙江省生物然气资源发展现状的调查结果和收集的数据,结合从2005年到2016年黑龙江省生物天然气资源在不同地区的现状研究,分析生物燃气产业发展的环境效应和生物燃气产业的社会带动效应。最后,预测黑龙江生物燃气发展对未来社会经济发展的影响,包括对相关能源以及相关产业的影响,对农业、林业的影响,和对其它产业的影响等。上述结果可为黑龙江地区生物燃气产业未来的发展奠定理论基础。

Through investigating the status,scope and trend of biomass gas industry in Heilongjiang,the problems in its development,the author took an evaluation on its effects,analyzed the weaknesses of the industry and put forward the issues that needed to be solved in future planning. The study was based on the result from investigation and the data after collection including the current situations of the biomass gas resources in different areas of Heilongjiang from the 2015 to the 2016,and presented the environmental effect and driving effect incurred by the industrial progress. Finally,the paper predicted the impact of biomass gas progress upon the future socio-economic development,involving the influence related energy and industries,the function on agriculture and forestry,and the effort on other industries. The conclusions above mentioned gave the theoretical basis for biomass gas industry progress of Heilongjiang in future.
