综合利用资源为幼儿发展创造条件

摘要 《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》总则中提出:"幼儿园应以家庭、社区密切合作,与小学相互衔接,综合利用各种教育资源,共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件"。随着教育改革的不断深入,我们已经意识到幼儿教育不等于幼儿园教育,必须树立大的教育观,让幼儿教育跨越幼儿园的"围墙",真正进入家庭,走进社会,才能有效地促进幼儿的发展。因此,我们不能把家庭、社区潜在的优质教育资源拒于门外,而应该与家庭、社区建立起新型的合作伙伴关系,让家庭、社会参与到幼儿园的教育过程中来,为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。 《The kindergarten education guidelines(try out)》puts forward that"Kindergarten should work closely with families,communities, and join each other elementary school, synthetically use various education resources, to create good conditions for the development of young children", in the general rules. With the deepening of education reform, we have realized that children's education is not equal to the kindergarten education. We must set up "Great Education Concept", and let the preschool education step over the kindergarten's "wall", to enter into families and the society for effectively promoting the development of young children. Therefore,we can't bring families' and communities' potential high quality education resources from outside, but should establish a new type of partnership with families and communities, let families and society be involved in the process of kindergarten education, to create good conditions for the development of young children.
