高效液相色谱法分析环境水样中4种苯系物

Determination of Four Benzenes in Environmental Water by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了一种高效液相色谱测定水样中4种苯系物(苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯)的方法。分析柱为Diamonsil5 μ mC18,250×4.6mm,检测波长为259nm,流动相比例V(乙腈):V(水)=75:25,流量大小为1.000mL/min,色谱柱温度为35℃。方法的线性范围为0.0100~10.0mg/L,相关系数大于0.9997,4种苯系物的检出限(S/N=3)为1.9μg/L^3.2μg/L,方法的重复性良好,峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=7)小于4.6%。样品中未检出,采用加标浓度为0.100mg/L和1.00mg/L进行方法验证,实际水样的加标回收率为82.3%~97.6%,表明该方法可有效用于水样中苯系物的灵敏、准确分析。 A method for the simultaneous determination of four benzenes,(benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and p-xylene) in water samples was established using high performance liquid chromatography. The analytical column was performed on a Diamonsil C18(5μm×4.6 mm×250 mm), the quantitation analysis of four benzenes were achieved by UV detection at 259 nm, the mobile phase used was acetonitrile/water(75:253, v/v), the flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.000 mL/min, and the column temperature was kept on 35 °C. The linear ranges of four benzenes were in the range of 0.0100 mg/L-10.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.9997. The method detection limits(S/N=3) of four benzenes were between 1.9 μg/L and 3.2 μg/L. The relative standard deviations(n=7) were less than 4.6%. The spiked recoveries at two matrix spiked concentrations were in the range of 82.3%~97.6%. The results showed that the developed method was sensitive and accurate,and was suitable for the analysis of benzenes in water sample.
