摘要
【目的】研究植物生长调节剂和化学试剂对桄榔种子萌发的影响,为桄榔资源化利用提供理论依据。【方法】观察果实、种子的形态,测定其大小及千粒重;用不同浓度的2,4-D、NAA、吲哚丁酸3种生长调节剂溶液及1%过氧化氢、1%氢氧化钠、0.3%硝酸钾和0.3%亚硝酸钠4种化学试剂溶液浸种,研究几种处理对种子萌发的影响,测定种子的发芽势和发芽率。【结果】2,4-D、NAA的最佳处理浓度是200 mg/L,发芽率分别为(65.56±1.93)%、(73.33±3.34)%;吲哚丁酸的最佳处理浓度是150 mg/L,发芽率为(73.33±3.34)%;化学试剂最佳处理为0.3%亚硝酸钠,发芽率可达(74.44±1.93)%;对照组发芽率为(30.00±3.33)%。【结论】不同试剂及同一试剂的不同浓度对种子发芽率的影响不同,其中以200 mg/L的NAA、150 mg/L的吲哚丁酸和0.3%亚硝酸钠处理效果较好。
【Objective】To provide a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of Arenga pinnata,the effects of plant growth regulators and chemical reagents on seed germination had been studied.【Method】After Observing Arenga pinnata fruit and seed morphology as well as determining its size and weight,several treatments had been set to explore the effects on seed germination and determination of seed germination potential and germination rate with different concentrations of three kinds of growth regulators( 2,4-D,NAA,IBA) as well as four kinds of chemical reagents( 1 % H_2 O_2,1 % NaOH,0. 3 % KNO_3 and 0. 3 % NaNO_2). 【Result】The optimal concentration of 2,4-D and NAA were 200 mg/L,the germination rates were( 65. 56 ± 1. 93) % and( 73. 33 ± 3. 34) %; the optimal concentration of IBA was 150 mg/L,the germination rate was( 73. 33 ± 3. 34) %; the best treatment of chemical reagents was 0. 3 % NaNO_2,the germination rate up to( 74.44 ± 1. 93) %; In control group,the germination rate was( 30 ± 3. 33) %.【Conclusion】The effects of different reagents and the same reagent of different concentration on the germination rate are different,among them,200 mg/L NAA,150 mg/L IBA and 0. 3 % NaNO2 are better.
