口腔扁平苔藓应用中药与他克莫司软膏联合疗法的疗效观察

Application of traditional Chinese medicine oral squamous moss with tacrolimus ointment observe curative effect of combination therapy

目的探讨口腔扁平苔藓使用中药和他克莫司软膏联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月～2016年6月我院收治的萎缩型和糜烂型OLP患者90例,随机分为对照组、观察1组与观察2组,各30例。观察1组患者采用中药（复方血栓通胶囊）联合他克莫司软膏进行治疗,观察2组患者采用中药（石佛汤）联合他克莫司软膏进行治疗,对照组单使用他克莫司软膏进行治疗。对比三组患者治疗1个月和2个月后的临床效果,以及2个月后的复发率。结果 OLP患者分组治疗1个月后,观察1组和观察2组的总体有效率分别是66.7%和60%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对照组的总体效率是33.3%,与观察1组、观察2组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。分组治疗2个月后,观察1组和观察2组的总体有效率与对照组相比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对照组的复发率与观察1组、观察2组分别比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床治疗OLP采用中西药联合治疗方法可取得良好的疗效,可弥补单一使用西药治疗的不足,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the combination therapy of oral lichen planus and tacrolimus ointment. Methods Selection in May 2015 to June 2016 of our hospital atrophy and erosive OLP patients of 90 cases were randomly divided into control group, observation group 1 and 2 groups, 30 cases each. Observation group 1 patients using traditional Chinese medicine(compound thrombosis capsule) tacrolimus ointment treatment, observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine(rock soup) 2 joint tacrolimus ointment treatment, the control of single use of tacrolimus ointment for treatment. Compared three groups of patients after 1 month and 2 months of clinical effect, and the recurrence rate after 2 months.Results OLP patients group 1 month after treatment, the observation group 1 and observe two groups of total effectiveness is 66.7% and 60% respectively, there was no statistically signifi cant difference(P>0.05); The control of the overall effi ciency is 33.3%, compared with observation 1 group, 2 group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Group 2 months after treatment, observing group 1 and 2 group's overall effectiveness compared with control group, difference has statistical signifi cance(P>0.05); Recurrence in the control group and observation group 1, observe the two groups were compared, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of OLP combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can achieve a good therapeutic effect, and it can make up for a single use of western medicine treatment defi ciencies, worthy of promotion.
