浅谈口腔x线数字化牙片系统的摄影技术和临床应用

Photography technology and clinical application of digital radiograph on oral X-ray

目的探讨口腔x线数字化牙片的摄影技术和临床应用的实际意义。方法选取2008年12月～2016年3月在我院应用数字化牙片系统摄影的患者120例作为研究对象。采用美国shick数字化牙片系统,msd-3型微焦点牙科x线射线机,结果与传统根尖摄片相比较,口腔x线数字化牙片摄影技术可使曝光时间大量缩短,投照剂量明显减少,投照角度不同程度的增大,照片清晰度显著提高,患者取报告时间明显缩短。结论口腔x线数字化牙片摄影技术取代传统根尖片摄影技术是发展趋势,在口腔医学及科研工作方面有着良好的发展前景。

Objective The practical signifi cance of oral X-ray digital dental photography technology and clinical application.Methods From December 2008 to March 2016 in our hospital application system of digital dental photography in 120 patients as the research object. Using the shick digital X-ray system, the MSD-3 type micro focus X-ray dental X-ray machine,Results Compared with the conventional periapical radiography, dental X-ray digital dental photography technology can make a lot of shortening the exposure time, exposure dose signifi cantly reduced, increasing the projection angle in different degrees, picture clarity improved signifi cantly, shorten the time of patients to take the report.Conclusion Oral X-ray digital dental photography technology to replace the conventional dental photography technology is the trend of development, with a good prospect in oral medicine and scientifi c research.
