S3镍钛根管锉预备磨牙弯曲根管的临床研究

The Clinical Studies of S3 nickel-titanium Root Canal Files in preparation of Curved Root Canals of Molars

目的评价S3镍钛根管锉预备磨牙弯曲根管的疗效。方法对60例患者的68颗需行根管治疗的磨牙的185个弯曲根管,采用S3镍钛根管锉进行根管预备,记录根管预备时间。根据治疗前、中、后X线片评价根管预备和充填效果。结果本组患者平均根管预备时间为242 s、根管流畅良好率为95.1%、根管适充率为96.7%。结论应用S3镍钛根管锉预备磨牙弯曲根管,根管成形、根充效果好,能减少操作时间,提高效率,是一种性能优越的根管预备器械。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effects of S3 nickel-titanium root canal fi les in preparing the curved root canals of molars. Methods To record the time of root canals preparation by using S3 nickel-titanium root canal files with root canals preparation for 185 curved root canals of 68 molars which needed root canal therapy of 60 patients and according to the X-ray therapy before, during and after the evaluation preparation and fi lling effect of root canal. Results The average root canal preparation time was 242 seconds, root canal smooth good rate was 95.1%, the root Guan Shi filling rate was 96.7%. Conclusions The S3 nickel-titanium root canal files was a kind of root canal preparation equipment of superior performance in preparing the curved root Canals and root canals shaping of molars, The S3 nickeltitanium Root canal forming and root canal fi lling effect was good, which could reduce the operation time and improve effi ciency.
