优质化护理干预对口腔颌面损伤后伤口及口腔功能的影响

Personalized nursing intervention on the wound after oral and maxillofacial injury and the effect of oral function

目的 探讨优质化护理干预对口腔颌面损伤（OAM）后伤口及口腔功能的影响.方法 选取2013年6月~2016年4月我院收治的OAM患者116例作为研究对象,按照数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各58例.对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予人性化护理干预.对两组伤口及口腔功能恢复情况、生活质量予以观察比较.结果 试验组伤口愈合、口腔功能恢复优良率相比于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组护理QOL评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 人性性护理干预应用于OAM患者,可有效促进其伤口愈合,恢复口腔功能,改善生活质量,值得临床选择和深度推广.

Objective To investigate the quality of nursing intervention on oral and maxillofacial injury （OAM） after wound and oral function.Methods From June 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital 116 cases of patients with OAM as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and experiment group, 58 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the experimental group was given the humanized nursing intervention. On two groups of wound and oral function, quality of life were observed and compared.Results In the experimental group, wound healing, oral function recovery excellent rate compared to the control group, the difference was statistically signicant （P〈0.05）; test group nursing QOL score were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing intervention in OAM patients, which can effectively promote the wound healing and restoration of oral function, improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical selection and depth of promotion.
