龈上洁治术联合奥敏清治疗慢性单纯性牙龈炎的疗效观察

The clinical effects of supragingival scaling therapy combined with dental desensitizer chronic simple gingivitis

目的观察龈上洁治术联合奥敏清对慢性单纯性牙龈炎的疗效。方法选取2014年8月~2016年5月我院口腔科门诊接诊的慢性单纯性牙龈炎患者60例,将患者随机分为单纯龈上洁治治疗组与龈上洁治联用奥敏清治疗组,分别比较治疗2周和4周后两组间的疗效差异。结果与单纯龈上洁治治疗相比,龈上洁治联合奥敏清治疗能够更加明显地降低慢性单纯性牙龈炎患者的菌斑指数、牙龈指数和复发率,具有更高的治愈率。结论龈上洁治联用奥敏清用于治疗慢性单纯性牙龈炎较单纯龈上洁治具有更好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of supragingival scaling therapy combined with dental desensitizeron chronic simple gingivitis.methods 60 chronic simple gingivitis were selected from August 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital department of Stomatology outpatient cases, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and simple scaling scaling combined with Oku Mikiyoshi therapy group, respectively for 2 and 4 weeks after treatment and the diference between the two groups.Results The reduced plaque index, gingival index and recurrence were found in the group of supragingival scaling therapy combined with dental desensitizer as well as the increased short-term curative efect.Conclusion Using of dental desensitizer after supragingival scaling therapy can improve the clinical efcacy for chronic gingivitis.
