天然牙雕刻训练对学生雕牙水平提高的促进作用

Effect of Natural Teeth Engraving on the Improvement of Students' Carved Teething

目的探讨天然石膏牙雕刻训练对学生雕牙水平的促进作用。方法选取我院2015级大专口腔专业学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组第一学期采用标准石膏牙雕刻方法,第二学期采用标准石膏牙加天然牙雕刻方法;对照组第一学期和第二学期均采用标准石膏牙雕刻方法。结果第一学期结束后两组实训成绩无显著差异,第二学期结束后两组雕牙成绩均较第一学期均有显著提高,但实验组提高大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天然牙雕刻有利于提高学生的牙体雕刻水平。

Objective To investigate the efect of natural gypsum tooth carving training on the level of tooth carving.methods In our hospital oral level 2015 college students as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group frst semester using standard plaster tooth carving method, the second semester using standard gypsum teeth with tooth carving method; the control group the frst and second semester were collected by standard plaster tooth carving method.Results After the end of the first semester of two grade training group had no significant difference, after the end of the second semester two dental group scores were signifcantly compared to the frst semester has improved, but the experimental group increased than the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The natural tooth carving is helpful to improve the students＇ dental carving.
