采用唇舌向分根方法拔除前牙残根的临床研究

The clinical study of root extraction of anterior teeth residual root by using faciolingual root method

目的评价采用唇舌向分根方法拔除前牙残根的拔牙后效果。方法选择2015年1月~6月在我科特诊室就诊的位于龈下不能保存的前牙残根患者68例（85颗患牙）作为研究对象。采用唇舌向分根法拔除,评价拔牙后效果。结果拔牙窝唇侧骨板无破坏、唇侧牙龈无撕裂、邻牙间牙槽骨无损伤。结论采用唇舌向分根方法拔除前牙残根,对牙槽嵴和拔牙位点保存有明显的意义。

Objective To assess the clinical efect of root extraction of anterior teeth residual root by using faciolingual root method. methods Between January 2015 and June at the consulting room of Kurt I cannot save the subgingival residual roots of anterior teeth in 68 patients （85 teeth） as the research object. The faciolingual root extraction, extraction efect evaluation.Results The labial side bone plate of tooth socket was not damaged and the lip -side gum was not teared. The alveolar bone between adjacent teeth was also not damaged.Conclusion Using faciolingual root method has obvious signifcance for the alveolar ridge and tooth extraction sites preservation in pulling out anterior teeth residual roots.
