摘要
为研究吸湿转轮的运行参数(再生空气温度、转轮转速、再生空气风量、处理空气风量)和结构参数对再生空气经过转轮前后含湿量差的影响,设计了控制系统以西门子PLC S7-200和触摸屏结合的试验台。介绍了试验台的组成部分、系统电路设计、控制系统软件设计。实际试验表明,设计的试验台操作简单、性能可靠、数据采集方便、人机交互友好,可以完成吸湿转轮富集水蒸气试验研究。
In order to study the influence of the operating parameters( regeneration air temperature,wheel rotation speed,regeneration air volume,fresh air volume) and structural parameters of the desiccant-wheel on the humidification difference of the regenerated air before and after the runner,the control system was designed with the combination of Siemens PLC S7-200 and touch screen. This paper introduced the components of the test platform,system circuit design,and control system software design. The experimental results show that the test platform is simple in operation,reliable in performance,convenient in data collection and friendly in human-computer interaction,and can be used for experimental research on collecting water vapor by desiccant-wheel.
