摘要
目前档案隐私保护法制建设尚不完善,应当引入"原则具体化"理念,在确立对个人隐私保护的原则的基础上,明确界定涉及个人隐私档案的利用限制、各方主体的权责关系等,还要尽早着手制订适应时代发展要求的网络隐私保护规则。
At present, the legal construction of archives privacy protection is not perfect, and it should introduce the idea of ＂principle concretization＂. Based on the establishment of personal privacy protection principles, it should clearly define the use restrictions of archives involving personal privacy and the relationship between power and responsibility of the subjects, and as soon as possible formulate the network privacy protection rules to adapt to the development requirements of the times.
