摘要
为优化风洞设备试验装备管理流程、整合资源,确保高效可靠运行,提出基于企业级知识平台(enterprise knowledge platform,EKP)框架的装备信息化平台规划、设计、建设方案。总结传统试验装备运行管理存在的问题和原因,从装备管理、运行和设备3个层次并行推进装备信息化与研究所整体信息化的协同建设,并在研究所顶层设计中,通过多维度融合驱动装备保障向知识化与智能化转变。结果表明:该方案能达到试验装备高效、可靠、智能的运行效果,实现装备保障的智慧化变革。
To achieve efficient and reliable operation of wind tunnel test facilities through optimization of management process and integration of resources, put forward the scheme of equipment informatization platform planning, design and building based on EKP. Conclude the reasons of problems in traditional test equipment operation management. Based on equipment management, operation and facilities, promote the coordinate establishment of equipment informatization and institute integrated informatization. And drive equipment management to transform into knowledge and intelligence by multi-dimension fusion in institute top layer design. The results show that the scheme can realize efficient, reliable, and intelligent operation of test equipment and realize the intelligent transformation of equipment support.
