摘要
为提高复杂产品结构设计中有限元分析的质量和效率,研究ANSYS机械结构的多种有限元分析方式和分析流程,提出一种快速有限元分析方法。以UG/NX和ANSYS为平台,开发快速有限元分析程序,在UG界面输入分析参数并选择相应几何元素,程序自动调用ANSYS分析。以接头受力分析、航弹接触分析、传感器外壳模态分析为例进行验证。验证结果表明:程序实现了UG模型到ANSYS有限元模型的几何元素识别,自动完成多种有限元分析流程,能够简化有限元分析校核过程和操作复杂度,一定程度提高设计效率。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the complex product structure design, research the multi finite element analysis method and analysis process of ANSYS mechanical structure, put forward a fast finite element analysis method. Taking UG/NX and ANSYS as platform, developed fast finite element analysis program, inputted analysis parameter in UG interface and chose related geometry element, the program automatically used ANSYS analysis. Took stress joint analysis, bomb contact analysis and sensor cover modal analysis as example to verify. The verification results show that the program realizes the geometry element recognition from UG model to ANSYS finite element model. Automatically realize multi finite element analysis processes. It can simplify finite element analysis check process and complex operation, and improve the design efficiency.
