目前我国正处于民营企业转型发展的关键时期,实体经济项目面临着相应的转型变化,文章将针对湖南省民营企业的转型发展情况进行SWOT分析,进而探索民营企业实体经济在低碳经济、循环经济发展背景下的转型升级模式选择,探讨民营企业转型发展的动力机制以及主要实施对策,旨在能够更好地提升湖南省民营企业的经济发展水平。

China is in a critical period of transformation and development of private enterprises, and the real economy projects are facing the corresponding changes in transition now. This paper which aims to better enhance the level of economic development of private enterprises in Hunan province analyzes the transformation and development of private enterprises in Hunan province by SWOT to explores the mode of transformation and upgrading of the private enterprise's real economy under the background of low carbon economy and circular economy development and probes into the dynamic mechanism of the transformation and development of private enterprises and the main countermeasures.
