学校青年体育教师“师德滑坡现象”探究

Research on the "Slippery Slope Phenomenon" of Young PE Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools

文章对××市青年体育教师"师德滑坡现象"进行了调查统计和其原因分析,认为是外部环境带来的负面影响和自身素质引发的对师德的忽视以及缺乏完善的师德评价制度。从营造良好环境、注重业务素质、完善评价体系三个方面提出了有效控制青年体育教师"师德滑坡现象"的初步策略。

Through the investigation and statistics of the "the phenomenon of teachers' moral decline" of the young PE teachers in Xiangtan city, this paper considers that the negative influence is caused by the external environment and the self-neglect of teachers' morality and the lack of a perfect evaluation system. This paper puts forward the preliminary strategy of effectively controlling the " the phenomenon of teachers' moral decline " of young PE teachers from three aspects: creating the good environment, focusing on the professional quality, and perfecting the evaluation system.
