转型期地方高校建筑学专业“项目式任务驱动”教学模式的改革与实践——以建筑学专业本科生工程素质培养为例

摘要 现阶段,我国经济已进入转型发展的关键时期,地方高校教育也正面临着转型调整。国家教育部门针对人才培养提出了相应的指导意见,希望地方建立转型发展特色的地方高校,采用试点实验模式,培养生产服务型技能人才,提高试点高校大学生的就业率。文章结合各地方高校的实际教学情况,以建筑学专业为研究对象,进而形成以"项目导向、任务驱动"的人才培养模式,让学生能够满足市场需求,将高校教育中的专业课设置和人才培养方案同企业中技术人员的岗位需求相对接,提高建筑学专业人才的综合素质。 At present, China's economy has entered the key period of transformation and development, and local university education is facing the transformation and adjustment. The national education department puts forward the corresponding guidance to the personnel training, hoping to establish the local universities with the transformation and development characteristics, adopt the pilot experimental model, cultivate the talents of production service skills, and improve the employment rate of the pilot college students. According to the actual teaching situation of colleges and universities, taking the architecture major as the research object, this paper studies on how to form the " project-oriented and task-driven" talent training mode, how to enable students to meet the market demand, how to make university education in professional courses and talent training programs meet the demand from enterprise, and how to improve the comprehensive quality of architectural professionals
