摘要
城市轨道交通运营管理专业学生就业既适逢行业发展带来巨大人才需求等有利条件,也面临入职门槛不断抬高,就业竞争压力大等不利影响。要提高高职城市轨道交通运营管理专业学生的就业能力就必须创新人才培养模式、深化校企合作、引导学生转变就业观念及掌握扎实的专业知识与技能。
The employment of students majoring in urban rail transit operation management is not only favorable for the development of the industry, but also faced with adverse influences such as the rising threshold of entry and the pressure of employment competition. To improve the students' employment ability must innovate the mode of talent training, deepen the school enterprise cooperation, and guide students to change their concept of employment and master solid professional knowledge and skills.
