车门防水膜作为汽车密封系统的重要零部件之一,是保障车门密封性能的关键零部件,对整车的气密性有着重要的影响。车门防水膜由于受到车门钣金、车门系统零部件、车门电器线束等多方面因素的影响,一直都是车门系统设计的重要环节之一。现通过对车门防水膜的布置和设计,阐述车门防水膜和其周边相关零部件匹配要求。

As one of the important parts of the car sealing system, the door waterproof membrane is a key component to guarantee the sealing performance of the door, which has an important influence on the airtightness of the vehicle. The door waterproof membrane is one of the important parts of the design of the door system, because of the influence of various factors such as door sheet metal, door system parts, and door wiring harness. This paper describes the matching requirements of the door waterproofing film and its surrounding related parts through the layout and design of the door waterproof membrane.
