摘要
文章主要介绍活塞环的不同结构对活塞漏气量的影响。通过4种设计方案的试验验证,减小第一道气环闭口间隙、开口倒角、增加正扭结构,增大第二道气环闭口间隙均可以降低活塞漏气量。优化方案经过可靠性验证,活塞漏气量满足设计要求。
This paper mainly introduces the influence of different structure of piston air leakage of piston. Design four kinds of contrast test, according to the test results, reduce the first ring end gap, reducing the opening angle, torsion structure increase, increase the second ring end gap and so on, can reduce the air leakage. The reliability test shows that the piston air leakage meet design requirement.
