摘要
文章主要对某中型货车的转向系统进行了优化设计。提出了合理性优化设计方案,通过对转向拉杆与悬架导向机构的运动干涉量进行调整,提高了转向系统的操纵稳定性;通过优化转向垂臂及直拉杆的结构,提高了转向系统的安全性,降低了车型转向系统的成本;应用ADAMS软件从运动学的角度进行分析,使各转向轮尽量处于纯滚动状态,以减少轮胎的磨损。
