Optimal design of door closing force

车门关闭力是客户对车辆品质最直接、主观的感受,文章总结出影响车门关闭力的六个因素,并识别出气阻和密封条是影响车门关闭力的两大主要因素。文章基于密封条的优化改进,对密封条的断面进行了优化设计,并利用CAE软件进行理论分析,通过对密封条断面的优化设计和车门内间隙的调整,成功优化了某款轿车的车门关闭力,同时也可以为相关设计及整改提供一个参考。

The door closing force is the most direct and subjective feeling of the customer regarding the quality of the car, in this thesis ,six factors influencing the closing force of car door are summarized, and identify the two main factors that affect the closing force of the door, namely, the exhaust resistance and the seal strip. This thesis is based on the optimization of seal, the section of the seal is optimized design, and CAE software is used for theoretical analysis, through the optimization design of the seal section and the adjustment of the inner clearance of the door, the door closing force of someone car was successfully optimized, at the same time can also provide a reference for related design an rectification.
