摘要
以某柴油机冷却系统管路数模为基础搭建冷却系统一维分析模型,计算得到发动机水套进出口流量边界,以该边界数据作为发动机水套CFD分析的输入,进行分析得到水套换热系数分布情况,并对水套结构进行优化设计,最后对优化水套结构再次分析验证优化效果。
The 1-D cooling system simulation model of engine is built based on cooling system CAD model. The flow rate of engine different ranch can be got. And the water jacket CFD analysis can be drawn based on 1D simulation result, the HTC of water jacket can be got of different area. The optimal design can be made based on 3D simulation result. At last the optimal design of water jacket can be verified based CFD simulation.
