感官质量定义为整车的综合性能,是指客户对某一产品的第一印象、感受,包括视觉、嗅觉、触觉、听觉和功能等几大方面,是客户决定购买的一个非常重要的因素。主要研究汽车设计过程中如何控制感官质量。
Perceived quality is defined as the comprehensive performance of the vehicle, refers to the customer to feel the first impression, of a product, including several aspects of visual, olfactory, tactile, auditory and other functions, is a very important factor in customer purchasing decisions.The research focuses on how to control the perceived quality in the process of automobile design.
