摘要
为满足《乘用车车内空气质量评价指南》对车内VOC限值的要求,文章通过分析座椅聚氨酯发泡VOC的来源,从原料及工艺两方面提出了优化方法。最后通过第三方检测机构试验验证,证明了优化方法的可行性,对后续车型有一定的指导意义。
In order to meet the limit requirements for automobile VOC of "lawsuits caused by poor car indoor air quality", optimization methods were put forward from raw materials and process by analyzing the source of polyurethane foam VOC about seat. Finally, the feasibility of optimization methods were proved through the third party testing organizations, who have certain directive significance to the the following models.
