摘要
文章中的曲轴模态实验主要通过使用OROS软件获得频率响应函数稳态图等函数图像,使用多参考点最小二乘复频域法分析得到频率、阻尼比和振型等数据。在实验模态分析的理论基础上,对曲轴进行自由条件下的实验模态分析,并由模态置信度(MAC)进行实验验证。实验分析结果、模态参数对其使用性能和振动响应特性的影响有重要参考。
The crankshaft modal experiment in this thesis mainly through the use of OROS software to obtain the steady state diagram of frequency response function and other function images, analysis of frequency, damping ratio and vibration type data using the polyreference least squares complex frequency domain method. In the basic theory of experimental modal analysis, the experimental modal analysis of crankshaft under free conditions is carried out, and the modal confidence (MAC) is verified by experiments. The experimental results and modal parameters have important reference to their performance and vibration response characteristics.
