摘要
火棘是一种具有食用和药用价值的植物,具有广泛的开发和应用前景.系统综述火棘的营养成分、生物活性成分、保健功能及综合开发利用研究现状,对其产业化发展前景进行分析,为进一步充分开发利用火棘资源提供参考.
Pyracantha fortuneana is a important plant for its edible and medical value,which has extensiveapplication and development prospect. The research status of nutritional composition,bioactive component,health function and comprehensive development and utilization of Pyracantha fortuneana have bee reviewed,and the commercialization prospect is also analyzed for providing references in its full exploitation and utiliza-tion.
