我国体育社会组织培育机制研究

Research on the Support Mechanisms of Sport Nonprofit Organizations in China

通过田野调查和逻辑分析等研究方法,发现我国体育社会组织近年来虽然数量上有所增长,但是仍旧存在服务质量不高、双重管理体制弊端、扶持制度缺失和枢纽型组织不成熟、自身能力不足等问题.需要完善内部治理机制,优化外部支持系统,构建决策监督评价机制,建立联盟组织治理机制.

By means of field investigation and logical analysis,the study found that social sports organizationsin China in recent years,however the increase in quantity,there are still problems,such as the low servicequality,the drawbacks of the dual management system,support system and lack of hub organization,the lackof ability. We need to improve the internal governance mechanism,optimize the external support system,con-struct the decision-making supervision and evaluation mechanism,and establish the governance mechanismof the alliance organization.
