台州农村普惠金融现状分析——基于客户视角

摘要 农村是普惠金融的难点和关键领域,基于客户视角,研究发现,农商行是农村普惠金融的主导力量,各银行的农村优质客户具有年轻、高收入、高学历等特征。金融机构需要实行客户差异化管理、聚焦金融产品的创新、加强金融与产业的联动发展来进一步推进农村普惠金融。地方政府需要通过完善农村金融基础设施、建立普惠金融补偿机制、倡导普惠金融服务标准化等途径,提升农村普惠金融。 Rural areas are the difficulties and key areas of inclusive financing, while rural commer-cial bank is the dominant force of inclusive financing. The rural valued customers have characteristicsas young, high income and good education. Financial institutions can further promote the advancementof rural inclusive financial through customer differentiated management, financial products innovationand linkage development of banking and industry. Local governments should upgrade the level of ruralinclusive finance by perfecting the countryside financial infrastructure, establishing the inclusive finan-cial compensation mechanism and advocating the standardization of inclusive financial services.
