全域旅游助力县域经济绿色崛起的对策研究——以安徽省宁国市为例

Study on the Countermeasures of Promoting Green Development of County Economy from All-for-one Tourism——Take Ning Guo City in Anhui Province as an Example

当前,县域经济发展遭遇瓶颈,亟需产业结构调整和转型升级。全域旅游作为绿色发展的创新路径,正成为经济发展的"转换器"和"助推器",必将助力县域城市实现经济发展的"第二曲线"。安徽省宁国市旅游资源丰富、区位条件良好,发展全域旅游恰逢其时。县域城市应紧密结合自身资源禀赋条件,从资源整合、产业融合、平台搭建、全民共建等方面着手,全面统筹规划和实施全域旅游,从而突破发展瓶颈,实现新的经济增长点。

At present, the county economy is facing developing dilemma and in urgent need for in-dustrial restructuring and transformation. As an innovation of green development, all-for-one tourism isbecoming the'converter'and'booster'of the economic development, will help county cities in achiev-ing'the second curve'. Ningguo City of Anhui Province,which has rich tourism resources and trans-port advantages, is now in a perfect time for developing all-for-one tourism. County cities shouldmake their comprehensive planning for all-for-one tourism, including the integration of resources andindustries, platform construction and nationwide joint construction. Thus, county cities will solve the de-veloping dilemma and achieve new economic growth.
