The Exploration on Group Psychological Counselling Practice and the Life Education among Higher Vocational Colleges

如何开展生命教育是新时期我国高职院校教育体系中亟待解决的重要课题。据调查,导致大学生漠视生命的主要原因除了学习压力大、人际关系紧张以及自身的心理问题外,还与我国生命教育的缺失直接相关。在新时期大学生心理健康教育的视野和工作体系下,有必要应用一定的技术手段,探索运用团体心理辅导方法,对有轻生念头或倾向的学生群体开展生命教育,激发学生发展生命的渴求,培养他们正确的生命价值观,修正和训练他们的不良认知与行为,实现生命教育的目标,降低校园不安全事故的发生。

It is a pressing problem and a significant task to carry out life colleges in the new period. According to the researchers, the college students ’ ignorance of their lives iscaused by their learning pressure , interpersonal tensions , and psychological problems. it’s also directly related to the lack of the life education in our country. How to cany out the life education is an issue urged to be solved in education system. In a new period of college students7 mental health educait is necessary to use applications of certain technologies to know the studethemselves , and carry out life education with group psychological counseling method , aiming at inspiringstudents7 thirst for living , cultivating their correct life values , correcting and training their behaviors, achieving the goal of life education and pulling down the camp.
