摘要
目的对志愿者在大学生中预防艾滋病活动进行干预效果评价。方法以河北大学2014、2015级预防医学与卫生事业管理系学生为干预组,以河北大学2014、2015级临床医学院学生为对照组。在干预组中通过培训志愿者,采用同伴教育的方式进行干预。并通过干预组和对照组干预前后的比较,对干预效果进行评价。结果干预组在接受同伴教育前后,艾滋病一般知识知晓率分别为29.53%和41.37%,艾滋病非传播途径知晓率分别为43.52%和56.12%,艾滋病预防知识知晓率分别为46.63%和65.47%,以及艾滋病正确态度持有率分别为37.31%和47.12%,均有所提高。安全套使用率不足60%,且在干预前后无显著变化。结论在大学生中依托志愿者开展同伴教育的方法收到了较好的干预效果,但艾滋病相关行为的改善并不理想,还需在今后预防艾滋病的工作中继续探索与重点干预。
Objective To evaluate the AIDS intervention effects in volunteers among college students. Methods We selected students of grade 2014 and 2015 from Department of Preventive Medicine and Health Administration of Hebei University as the intervention group,and grade 2014 and 2015 from Department of Clinical Medicine of Hebei University as the control group. We trained volunteers in intervention group and intervened by means of peer education. The intervention effects were evaluated by the intervention group and the control group before and after the intervention. Results The rates of the general knowledge of AIDS awareness in intervention group before and after peer education,were 29. 53% and 41. 37%,the AIDS awareness rate of the routes of transmission were 43. 52% and 56. 12% respectively,the AIDS prevention knowledge awareness rate were 46. 63 % and65. 47 %,and the rate of correct attitude to AIDS were 37. 31% and 47. 12%. Condom using rate was less than60%,and there was no significant change before and after intervention. Conclusion The methods of carrying out peer education by volunteers played a better intervention effects in undergraduate,but the effects are low considering AIDS behavior improvement,thus,to explore some bertter intervention methods in the future work are needed.
