摘要
随着现代科学技术及神经外科技能的发展,微创理念逐步渗透到神经外科的各个领域,其中神经内镜技术的应用是这个时期的重要标志之一。神经内镜辅助扩大经鼻蝶入路可以通过颅底自然腔隙到达手术区域,切除颅底中线区的病变,较其它入路对脑组织的损伤小,该入路研究逐渐成为主流。通过了解神经内镜扩大经鼻蝶入路在临床应用中的新进展、解剖研究进展及颅底重建的解剖研究进展,为扩大经鼻蝶手术临床应用的可行性、适应证及术后颅底重建提供借鉴。
With the development of the modern science and the technology of neurosurgery,the concept of minimally invasive surgery has gradually penetrated into all fields of the neurosurgery,and the application of endoscope technology is one of the important signs of this period. The extended endoscopic endonasal approach can pass though the natural space of skull base to the surgical area. The extended endoscopic endonasal approach is better to protect the brain than the other approaches,when cutting off the lesions in the midline skull base. So the extended endoscopic endonasal approach has become the mainstream of research. By understanding the new progress in the clinic,anatomical study,and the reconstruction of the skull base,the article provides the theoretical foundation for the clinical application,indication and reconstruction of this approach.
