化橘红黄酮类化学成分研究进展

Research progress of flavonoids chemical composition in Citri Grandis Exocarpium

化橘红为中医临床常用理气药,主要活性成分为黄酮类化合物,包含柚皮苷、野漆树苷、芹菜素等。对近10年化橘红黄酮类化学成分研究相关的文献进行概述,对化橘红黄酮类成分的提取分离纯化、含量测定及药理作用进行总结,得出化橘红中黄酮类成分的提取、分离、纯化及含量测定的最佳方法分别为超声波提取法、高效液相色谱法、大孔树脂法和高效液相色谱-质谱联用法等,并得出相应的提取分离纯化最优工艺;化橘红黄酮类化学成分具有解酒精肝毒、化痰、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用。上述结论为化橘红质量控制指标的选择、快速有效提取以及挖掘其潜在药理作用提供理论依据。

Citri Grandis Exocarpium for traditional Chinese medicine is commonly used as medicine for regulating QI flow,the main active ingredients are flavonoids,including naringin,wild lacqueroside,apigenin and so on. In this paper,nearly a decade literatures on the chemical constituents of flavonoids were reviewed. The extraction,isolation and purification,the determination of content and pharmacological effects of flavonoids from Citri Grandis Exocarpium were summarized. The best methods for extraction,isolation and purification,determination of content were ultrasonic extraction,high performance liquid chromatography,macroporous resin and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the corresponding extraction, isolation and purification technology was obtained. The chemical flavonoids from Citri Grandis Exocarpium have the pharmacological effects such as alcohol,phlegm,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation. The above conclusions provide the theoretical basis for the selection of quality control indexes,the rapid and efficient extraction and the potential pharmacological action.
