基于效用理论的矿工不安全行为控制研究

Research on Unsafe Behavior of Miners Based on the Utility Theory

为有效控制由于煤矿职工的不安全行为而引起的煤矿事故,利用效用理论建立了由于矿工不安全行为引起的损失函数,通过分析得到:不安全行为越多企业的损失成本越大,企业的安全操作规程越规范、对不安全行为的惩罚力度越大;不安全行为就越少,企业的损失成本越小。结合效用理论的分析结果,提出了有效控制煤矿职工不安全行为的方法及措施。

In order to control the mine accidents caused by the miners＇ unsafe behaviors effectively,the loss function due to the miners＇ unsafe behaviors has been established based on the utility theory. The results demonstrate that the more unsafe behaviors,the greater the loss cost of an enterprise; whereas the more specification for safety operations,the more serious punishment to unsafe behaviors,the less unsafe behavior and the loss cost. Finally,combined with the analysis of utility theory,the available methods and measures for controlling coal miners＇ unsafe behavior are presented.
