麦冬体内Cd对植物理化性质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 该研究考察了Cd在麦冬体内积累以及其对可溶性总糖、总黄酮和抗氧化酶活性的影响情况,为研究重金属对中草药的毒害作用提供数据参考。试验在模拟Cd污染的条件下进行,以盆栽方式种植麦冬,经过一定生长时期后分别测定其可溶性总糖含量、总黄酮含量、及抗氧化酶活性。结果表明,随着土壤中Cd的增加,麦冬体内Cd含量不断增大,植物的各项生理生化指标也随之发生改变。其中叶片的各项指标均表现出明显下降的趋势;根部的可溶性总糖和总黄酮含量也呈现出不断下降的趋势,而抗氧化酶活性则表现为先上升后下降。这说明麦冬体内的Cd会破坏植物的新陈代谢和正常生长,导致植物的生理生化特性指标降低,表现出毒害作用。 To provide scientific data for the investigation of heavy metal toxicity on Chinese herbal medicine,the ac-cumulation of Cd in Ophiopogon japonicas and its effects on the variation of the physiological and biochemical char-acteristics of the plant were studied. The experiments were carried out under the condition of Cd contamination. Ophiopogon japonicas was planted in a pot,after a certain period of growth,the total soluble sugar,total flavonoids,andantioxidant enzyme activity of the plant were determined. The results showed that,with the increase of Cd in the soil,Cd content in Ophiopogon japonicas increased,and the variations of physiological and biochemical characteristics ofthe plant were observed. The total soluble sugar,total flavonoids and antioxidant enzyme activity in leaf decreasedwith the increase of Cd;the antioxidant enzyme activity in root increased firstly and then decreased,while the totalsoluble sugar and total flavonoids showed a trend of decreasing. This consequence indicated that Cd in Ophiopogon japonicas could damage the metabolism and normal growth of plant,leading to the decrease of the physiological andbiochemical characteristic indexes,showing the hazardous effects.
