土壤微生物群落结构研究方法综述

Summary of Methods on Soil Microbial Community Structure

综述了土壤微生物传统培养方法和Biolog微平板分析碳素利用法、磷脂脂肪酸法(PLFA分析法)等微生物群落生理代谢研究方法,以及变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)、末端限制性长度多态性(T-RFLP)、高通量测序技术及宏基因组等微生物分子生物学技术在土壤微生物多样性研究中的应用,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

The author reviews the traditional soil microbial culture method and the progress of microbial molecular biology techniques to study soil microbial diversity, including the method of Biolog, phospholipid fatty acid analysis method （PLFA）, denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis （DGGE）, and terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism （T-RFLP） etc. Besides, within the development of high-throughput sequencing technology and metagenomic, not only their widely usages but also the future trends in the study of diversity soil microorganism has been prospected in this paper.
