S波段3.1MW磁控管磁路优化设计

摘要 针对S波段3.1MW磁控管电磁铁与磁控管的配合问题,对磁控管互作用空间磁场分布均匀性进行了测试,通过测试发现磁控管互作用空间角向磁场分布均匀,径向磁场分布变化不大,轴向磁场变化超过40%;采用电磁仿真软件对磁控管内导磁极靴进行了优化设计,磁控管互作用空间轴向磁场变化可控制在10%以内,使磁控管频谱质量更好,工作更为稳定。 In order to solve the incoordination problem between the electromagnet and the S-band 3.1MW magnetron,the magnetic field distribution in magnetron interaction space is tested.The test showed that the angular distribution is uniform,the radial magnetic field changes little,while the axial magnetic field vibration is more than 40%.Electromagnetic simulation software is used to optimize the magnetic pole shoe design.The axial magnetic field variation of optimized structure is within 10%,which makes better spectrum quality and more stable work.
