摘要
根据理论分析选择适合钡钨阴极凹球面加工的不同刀具材料和几何角度,借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜微观手段,通过工艺试验得出结论:YG3X适合于钡钨阴极的精加工,YG6可用于阴极的粗加工及半精加工;刀具适宜选择小前角和大后角,刀具磨损小,有利于获得纹路清晰的表面。经二极管性能验证,车削后表面纹路清晰的阴极,其对应的阴极发射均匀性较好。
According to theoretical analysis,different tool materials and geometry angles of cutting tools suitable for barium-tungsten cathode concave processing are chosen.Examined by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,conclusions are drawn as follows:YG3X is suitable for finishing process of Ba-W cathode,while YG6 can be used for coarse and semi-finishing process.When choosing cutters with small front angle and large rear angle,the tool wear is small,and it is likely to obtain line clear surface.It is proved by diode test that the cathode with clear texture surface after turning has better emission uniformity.
