摘要
通过对2010-2016年铝酸盐的应用性能检测数据的统计与分析,发现了四个异常波动的区域,对区域内铝酸盐制备过程的追查与分析,找到了引起异常波动的因素。解决各因素后铝酸盐应用性能检测数据的统计表明对引起铝酸盐质量波动的因素定位是准确的。铝酸盐应用性能检测数据的统计与分析,间接监测制备过程存在异常的变化,可以通过一定时间跨度内性能变化的趋势提前判断铝酸盐的工程化过程可能有什么因素影响了质量,提前采取措施来及时纠正,保障产品的进度。因此,数据统计和分析可以作为铝酸盐批量生产的特殊过程质量监控的一种手段。
Through the statistics and analysis of the application performance testing data of the aluminates from 2010 to 2016,four abnormal fluctuation regions are found.Through tracking and analysis of the manufacture process of the aluminates,factors causing the abnormal fluctuations are determined.After solving those various factors,the statistical data of the application performance of aluminates show that the location of the factors causing the quality fluctuation of aluminates is accurate.Statistics and analysis of test data of aluminate application performance can indirect monitoring abnormal changes in preparation process.Based on performance change trend in a period,factors influencing products quality can be found in advance,and corresponding measures can also be taken in advance to ensure the product progress.Therefore,data statistics and analysis can be used as a means of quality control in special process of aluminate batch production.
