摘要
针对W波段行波管折叠波导超深微小孔的加工瓶颈,采用扩散焊技术实现了折叠波导超深微小孔的整体加工。通过合理的毛坯质量、焊接模具以及优化的扩散焊工艺,实现了折叠波导扩散焊的良品率85%以上,借助精密电火花技术,制备出W波段行波管折叠波导慢波结构。
In order to solve the processing bottleneck of ultra-deep micro-hole of folding waveguides for W-band TWTs,diffusion welding technique was adopted.The product yield of the folding waveguide diffusion welding can be more than 85% through high quality roughcast,welding mold and optimized diffusion welding process.Folding waveguide slow wave structure for W-band TWT is manufactured with precise electric spark technology.
