摘要
从水利工程管理的领域出发,以标准化管理为理论指导,借鉴企业及项目管理标准化体系的设计原则和框架,结合北江大堤的管理工作内容和特点,探索出堤防管理标准化体系,并形成一套具有北江特色的"3体系、5要素、14模块"管理模式,对实现管理科学化、标准化、规范化、精细化有重要的实践指导意义,可供工程管理类单位借鉴。
Starting from the management of water conservancy project, standardized management as the theoretical guidelines, and design principles and framework of interprise management and project management tor reference,combined with the content and characteristics of the Beijiang dike’s management work,a standardized management system of embankment has been explored, and a set of characteristic management mode named ＆3 system - 5 elements - 14 modules” has been formed. It will help to realize scientific standardized,normalized,refined management. And it also has generalization in all project management.
