MMP-12在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺组织中的表达及其与气流受限的关系

Expression of MMP-12 in lung tissue of COPD patients and its relationship with airflow limitation

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶12(MMP-12)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者肺组织中的表达及其与气流受限的关系。方法收集因肺部肿瘤行肺叶切除手术患者肺组织60例,其中非慢阻肺患者(A组)30例,慢阻肺患者(B组)30例。患者术前均进行肺功能指标(FEV_1%,FEV_1/FVC%)检测;采用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-12在肺组织中的表达。结果 B组肺组织中MMP-12的蛋白表达较A组明显增强(P<0.05),且与肺功能指标(FEV_1%,FEV_1/FVC%)呈负相关。结论 MMP-12在慢阻肺患者肺组织中的表达上调并与肺功能指标相关,MMP-12可能参与了慢阻肺的气道炎症过程,也是引起气流阻塞的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 12( MMP-12) in lung tissue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) patients and to explore the relationship of NE with airflow limitation. Methods The surgically resected lung specimens were collected from 60 patients with lung cancer,including30 cases of non COPD( the group A) and 30 COPD patients( the group B). Pulmonary function indexes( FEV_1%,FEV_1/FVC%) were detected in all patients before operation. The expression of MMP-12 in lung tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The protein expression of MMP-12 in the B group was significantly higher than that in the A group( r < 0. 05),and lung function index( FEV_1% and FEV_1/FVC%) showed a negative correlation. Conclusion The over-expression of MMP-12 in lung tissue associates with lung function index. MMP-12 may be involved in the airway inflammation,and play an important role in the airway obstruction of COPD.
