阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清摄食抑制因子1水平与不同病情程度评价指标之间相关性研究

Correlation analysis between serum Nesfatin-1 and evaluation index in OSAHS patients

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者血清摄食抑制因子1(Nesfatin-1)水平与不同病情程度评价指标之间相关性。方法连续性纳入60例OSAHS患者和50例非OSAHS患者,检测血清Nesfatin-1浓度,并通过疲劳度评分和Epworth嗜睡度量表(ESS评分)评价病情严重程度。结果 OSAHS组患者血清Nesfatin-1(12.5±2.2μg/L vs.3.7±0.6μg/L,P<0.001)、AHI(30.3±8.6次/小时vs.2.9±0.2次/小时,P<0.001)和Tmax(39.6±7.4s vs.3.6±0.3s,P<0.001)明显高于对照组,LSaO_2(70.2±11.6%vs.93.6±5.5%,P<0.05)水平明显低于对照组。OSAHS组患者ESS评分(16.2±4.2分vs.4.1±0.9分,P<0.001)、躯体疲劳感(14.6±2.3分vs.8.3±1.2分,P<0.001)和心理疲劳感(12.3±1.6分vs.9.4±1.1分,P<0.05)均高于对照组。轻度亚组OSAHS患者血清Nesfatin-1(7.1±1.1μg/L vs.13.4±2.2μg/L,P<0.05)、AHI(8.3±3.5次/小时vs.35.7±3.2次/小时,P<0.05)、ESS评分(10.4±2.4分vs.17.9±4.1分,P<0.05)、躯体疲劳感(10.5±2.1分vs.17.2±2.1分,P<0.05)和心理疲劳感(10.2±1.4分vs.16.8±2.3分,P<0.05)均明显低于轻度亚组患者,而LSaO_2明显高于轻度亚组患者(84.5±4.1%vs.60.7±7.2%,P<0.05)。OSAHS患者血清Nesfatin-1水平与ESS评分(r=0.682,P<0.05),躯体疲劳感(r=0.661,P<0.05)和AHI(r=0.620,P<0.05)呈正相关,LSaO_2与ESS呈负相关(r=-0.633,P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者血清Nesfatin-1水平明显升高,与病情严重程度密切相关。

Objective To evaluate the correlation between serum Nesfatin-1 and evaluation index( fatigued score and Epworth sleep score) in OSAHS patients. Methods 60 OSAHS patients and 50 non-OSAHS patients were enrolled in this study. The contents of serum Nesfatin-1 were measured by ELISA method. The fatigued score and ESS were used to evaluate the severe degree of OSAHS. Results The level of Nesfatin-1 was( 12. 5 ± 2. 2μg/L vs. 3. 7 ± 0. 6μg/L),AHI was( 30. 3 ± 8. 6/h vs. 2. 9 ± 0. 2/h),and Tmax was( 39. 6 ± 7. 4 s vs. 3. 6 ± 0. 3 s)in the OSAHS group higher than those in the control group,while LSaO_2( 70. 2 ± 11. 6% vs. 93. 6 ± 5. 5%) was lower in the OSAHS group than in the control group. The levels of ESS( 16. 2 ± 4. 2 vs. 4. 1 ± 0. 9),body fatigued( 14. 6 ± 2. 3 vs. 8. 3 ± 1. 2) and mentality fatigued( 12. 3 ± 1. 6 vs. 9. 4 ± 1. 1) were higher in the OSAHS group than in the non-OSAHS group. The levels of Nesfatin-1,AHI,ESS,body fatigued and mentality fatigued in the mild subgroup were lower than those in the severe subgroup. Correlation analysis showed that Nesfatin-1 was positively related with ESS,body fatigued and AHI. Conclusion The levels of Nesfatin-1 are increased in OSAHS patients,which are positively related with ESS and fatigued score.
