C-ROSE技术在诊断性介入呼吸病学中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 近年来超声支气管镜、针吸细胞学检查（fineneedle aspiration,FNA）,超声内镜下经支气管镜针吸活检（endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration,EBUS-TBNA）,电磁导航,超细支气管镜等诊断性介入技术的迅速发展,大大拓展了内镜医师的工作视野,提高了肺脏、纵隔、胸膜等常规支气管镜下不可视病灶、尤其恶性肿瘤标本取材的成功率,使得诊断性介入技术发展到了新的高度和广度,其发展在很大程度上代表了一个呼吸专科临床诊治水平的高低.
